13th Annual Frekid Fair
Join us at the Grant Harvey Centre on April 23 for the Fredkid Fair.
Apply to host a booth, become a fair sponsor, advertise with a tote bag insert, or request a table in our Pop-up Shop.
How to Apply
It's simple! Review the options below, and then complete the online application form.
When we receive your application, we will email you an invoice, and your registration will be confirmed once your payment is received.
Make a lasting impact with an engaging & interactive experience for your audience. Activities, games, and giveaways are encouraged!
Informational & Interactive Booths
Promote your organization by hosting a booth at the fair. Make the most impact by creating an engaging & interactive experience for your audience with hands-on activities. All activities & content should be geared toward families.
Space is approximately 12' x 12'. Includes draping, a table, a listing in the fair program, and a listing in Fredkid Pages. You can opt to add an electrical outlet to your booth. Organizations with a booth will also receive a reduced rate an having an advertisement in the tote bag. Chairs are not provided.

We have a reduced rate for not-for-profit organizations.
Community Leader sponsorship includes:
- Exclusive rights as a sponsor, with first right of refusal for next year
- Large booth in a choice location at the fair
- Prominent sponsor name and logo associated with ALL fair advertising and promotion
- Mention in radio advertising
- Recognition on Facebook
- 12 months of advertising with Fredkid (website, newsletter, Facebook)
- 10 general admission tickets
- Advertising in Fredkid tote bags (sponsor to provide material in advance)
- Featured listing in Fredkid Pages

Put your name in the hands of over 1000 families!
This option is also available to those organizations that do not wish to have an exhibit in the fair. All you need to do is provide us with 1250 inserts prior to the day of the fair.

For handmade products & home-based businesses
Back by popular demand - the Fredkid Pop-Up Shop!
Sell your handmade and home-based business products at the Fredkid Pop-up Shop. Request a table to sell your products at the fair, using the form below, and let us know what items you will have to display and sell using the Description section of the form.
Spaces for the Pop-Up Shop are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop will use a limited competition model, meaning only one representative from each multi-level marketing brand will be approved for a space, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
