Cancellation Policy
Our Playroom is the heart of our Family Programs, we take great care in maintaining the condition of the space. Renters must adhere to the expectations for use such as: -Please remove footwear -Sock feet or indoor shoes, no bare feet please -Food & Drink is served & stays in the table area (No food & Drink in our Play Areas) -Supervision is required for the duration of the party - Staff is onsite for emergencies - Our play space & equipment is best suited for children from 0-6 years old What Does the Rental Include? Play Space; to share your cake and refreshments, open presents & play with the equipment A limited amount of preschool equipment: Toys typically available in our playroom. Table and chairs: rectangular tables & chairs, preschool tables & chairs Can I Serve Food? Food may be served potluck style or you may hire a licensed caterer. Cooking is not permitted on site; a fridge is available for your use Please bring your own decorating supplies, table clothes, dishes and cutlery. All food and drink must be consumed in table area, not in play areas. Please remove all food and supplies after your event. Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to an administration charge. Refund Rates: 2 week’s notice: Full Refund; 1 week notice: 50% refund; Less than one week: No refund. Renter checklist: Make sure all toys are put back in original places Tables & chairs wiped down Bathroom checked & tidied Floors swept & clean. All decorations taken down. All garbage taken out (dumpster behind building) Terms and Conditions : We understand accidents can happen & consideration is given, if there are damages to either a piece of equipment or loss of any accessories, we must charge to ensure the Playroom conditions are maintained for everyone’s benefit & enjoyment. If these conditions are not met, the following fees will applied: $50 Carpet Cleaning- Carpets should be free of food & large amount of debris $50 Walls or Toys damaged- Toys damaged beyond repair or $50 Additional Cleaning Fee- For times where cleanup is not done to meet the conditions of the renters’ obligations $50/hr Staff Fee- Should a rental not stay within the allotted time frame; the employee onsite will require additional payment for their time
